Product Working Principle

The Powder Rotary Valve utilizes a rotor equipped with internal vanes rotating at a constant speed to continuously and precisely convey material from an upper hopper to a downstream pipeline or piece of equipment, while simultaneously maintaining airflow isolation.

Key operational stages include:

1. Uniform Filling : Material falls from the inlet into the pockets formed by the rotating vanes.

2. Sealed Conveying : As the rotor turns, the material-filled pockets form a sealed enclosure, acting as an airlock to prevent airflow between the inlet and outlet.

3. Steady Discharge : Material rotates to the discharge outlet and is steadily released under the influence of gravity or airflow.

4. Operational Benefits : Feeding rates can be easily and linearly controlled by adjusting the rotation speed via a variable frequency drive (VFD).
