Jiangteng has a factory in Jiangsu Province and a production base in Hebei Province, boasting a complete industrial chain, comprehensive production equipment, and faster production cycles.

Equipment and Facilities: We are equipped with a series of advanced and high-precision machining equipment, including CNC lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, machine tools, low-temperature plasma flame cutting equipment, and various automated production lines, meeting diverse processing needs and placing us at the forefront of the industry.

Our screw conveyors, rotary valves, and other products requiring tooling can achieve assembly gaps of 40 microns, ensuring high-quality output of key components.

Production Scale: We have a 12,000-square-meter modern production plant, providing space for simultaneous production of multiple large-scale projects. Currently, our annual production capacity reaches 70-80 million RMB in sales revenue, sufficient to meet large-scale order demands and deliver efficiently within agreed timeframes.

Personnel Team: Jiangteng has assembled a group of experienced and highly skilled mechanical engineers, technicians, and professional production managers. They possess profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience in all aspects of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and quality control.

Among them, senior engineers account for 7%, and all skilled workers have undergone rigorous pre-job training and regular skills enhancement training, possessing proficiency in the operation and maintenance of various advanced equipment, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the production process.

Quality Control System: Adhering to strict GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards, multiple quality inspection checkpoints are established from raw material procurement and inspection, monitoring of every process in production, to final inspection of finished products.

Equipped with professional quality testing equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines and spectrometers, we can accurately test key indicators such as dimensional accuracy, material composition, and mechanical properties of products, ensuring that every product meets or exceeds customer quality expectations, with a product qualification rate consistently maintained above 99%.
